What do the Spyshots Reveal?

Since the 2020 RS7 is covered under heavy camo, there are very few things that reveal teh esgn cues. The one thing that we are confident about the car is that it is going to look like the all-new Audi A7 that was launched last year. The all-new upcimg Audi RS7 will be wearing a bit of A7’s skin along with added performance. The RS7 gets larger intakes, attractive aerodynamic bits, standard LED headlights, and a black honeycomb mesh finish for the front grille. The RS7’s fenders will be flared with the wheels measuring 20 to 21 inches in diameter.

2020 Audi RS7 Engine Details

As per speculations, the RS7 is rumored to get an all-new twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine. Horsepower could be as kept as 650 horsepower, which surpasses the current RS7’s 560 hp in standard trim and 605 hp with the Performance package. The present 605 hp power output allows the current RS7 to return 62 miles per hour in just 3.6 seconds. An extra 45 hp offering in the new model would lower the time.

There are also rumors that the 2020 RS7 could get a hybrid powertrain, possibly for the Performance package or an e-Tron version. It would get technology from the Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid, increasing power output to 700 horsepower. The engine will return 550 hp with an additional150 hp.

The RS7 is likely to come with Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive and an eight-speed S-Tronic automatic gearbox as standard features. Spy pictures of the 2020 Audi RS7 Sportback has been shot on a plenty of occasions, but now we’re receiving a better glimpse at the car as a prototype has been spotted with close to production bodywork.

2020 Audi RS7 Design Details

Dressed in heavy camouflage, the RS7 Sportback is revealing an aggressive front fascia with large triangular air intakes. The model has been installed with a new front spoiler and a revised grille which features a mesh pattern.

The sides profile do not change much from the standard model, but a closer inspection reveals a high-performance braking system with massive front discs. We can also witness aerodynamic side skirts which allows direct air away from the rear wheels.

The styling changes continue as the RS7 features a unique rear bumper with accents that highlight the vehicle’s massive dual exhaust system. While the snap of interior photos would not come out, we can expect an array of unique features. These will likely include a flat-bottomed sport steering wheel, sport seats and good amount of RS badging. Additinally, there could be stainless steel pedals, carbon fiber trim and a digital instrument cluster with performance-oriented displays.

2020 Audi RS7 Availability

Expect the car to get unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September this year. The deliveries are likely to happen by the year end or early 2020.
