Interior Seating and Comfort

Ingress and egress are made easy by the big wide opening doors. Eight-way power driver seat in the SE trim along with manual tilt and telescoping steering wheel combines together to help the driver get a good view of the road.

Escape seats five and there is plenty of space and support for the passengers in the front row. Rear seat also has ample amount of head and legroom but fails to impress when it comes to what competitors are offering.

"It obviously takes its inspiration from hatchbacks, running shoes, and outdoor gear. Is it an especially tall hot hatch, or a tall-roof wagon, or is it a utility vehicle, dropped and made more aggressive? With its long nose, we see hints of a good sport wagon. The familiar upturned rear pillar shows hints of the Ford Focus, on which the Escape is based. - The Car Connection"
