Not a very user friendly cabin

Pros - Amazing work companion Looks muscular Plentiful storage units.

Cons - Steering wheel vibrations Too many buttons slows down usage Cheap hard plastic.

A very important vehicle for me The steering and dash of my F-150 has so many buttons that if they were painted black and white, it would look like a piano. This is one reason why I still haven’t figured out how to use the controls effortlessly. But lets talk about the drive and the F-150 has become a very integral part of who I am as this truck is what I use to pick-up feed for my chickens at the poultry and I just cant imagine running the business without the F-150. I sadly do feel vibrations on the steering wheel and that makes my hand a bit numb post a drive. I knew I needed a truck but I never knew that it would end up being this important for me. I’m glad I chose this place as they had a w...

comfortable, quiet and capable pickup

Pros - Incredible utility, outstanding towing and hauling capabilities, engine delivers balanced power and good fuel economy.

Cons - At times the ride quality is quite rough with an empty bed.

A heavy duty workhorse My new F-150 outperforms the competition in every way. It's cosy, quiet, and capable. Millions of owners are not mistaken. It's straightforward and traditional, utilitarian but not boring. Although with an empty bed the ride quality seems to be quite rough, it has the strength to tow and move huge goods while still providing a plethora of luxury and technology options. The combination makes it one of the most flexible trucks available, and it helps to justify the F-Series' position as the market's best-selling vehicle. A total disaster in the service department. Last month, I had my F150 serviced. The ventilation system had brakes, oil, and transmission fluids, as well as ...

The 2013 Ford F-150 Regular Cab is just the continuation of the 2012 model year with no new changes. The 2013 Ford F-150 Regular Cab justifies its price tag with its great performance because of the well-known V6 engine under the hood. Some of the main competitors of the 2013 Ford F-150 Regular Cab are the 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Regular Cab, the 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 Regular Cab, and the 2013 RAM 1500 Regular Cab. Can the 2013 Ford F-150 Regular Cab prove to be a better buy for your family?

We recommend

We recommend you to go for the Base XL trim if you are on a tight budget. If you can push your budget, then the STX trim would provide you more value. However, if money is not a problem, then it is always better to go for the top tier trim as it adds premiums like chrome exterior, keyless entry keypad, Bluetooth, etc that were missing in the lower trims. However, the main highlight of this trim is the SYNC voice activation system that adds more value for money.

Here, the RAM 1500 Regular Cab is slightly ahead of its competition in the 0-60 race, but when it comes to the quarter-mile timings, the Ford F-150 takes the win by a large number. The RAM 1500 Regular Cab has a better top speed when compared to its competitors, whereas the Ford F-150 has better torque than its rivals which is very useful for city rides. When comparing the price range, RAM is the most expensive option in the competition.

2013 Ford F-150 Interior

9.3/10

The interior of the 2013 Ford F-150 Regular Cab is very basic, which is common for pickups these days. There are some amazing features and interesting cabin designs that are available in the higher variants, but the regular cab misses them. The dashboard is covered in hard plastic with the infotainment on the center console. The steering wheel has some buttons to control some of the features of the pickup. All the other controls and buttons are placed on the center console, which is straightforward to use.

The 2013 Ford F-150 Regular Cab seats 3 people in one row. The space is sufficient so that the taller folks won’t find any issues getting in and out of the car. Cloth seats come as standard on the 2013 Ford F-150 Regular Cab. The seats are wide enough and comfortable for three adults even for longer rides. The seats are cushioned. The bolstering on the seats makes it look a bit sporty. The middle seat is foldable and can be converted into a large armrest. This is very handy when there are only two people in the car. Overall the entire interior layout of the Ford F-150 Regular Cab is simple and yet very purposeful.
