There are five trims given on the 2014 Ford Mustang. The V6, V6 Premium, and Shelby GT500 are reviewed separately. The base GT trim with a price tag of $31,210 offers cloth upholstery, leather-wrapped steering wheel, single-zone manual air conditioning, 4-speaker sound system, tilt-only steering wheel column, automatic headlights, and LED fog lights.
The top of the range GT Premium trim adds features such as an auto-dimming rearview mirror, 4.2-inch instrument cluster, Shaker 6-speaker sound system, 6-way power driver’s seat with power lumbar, and SiriusXM. Coming to packages, the FP8 Appearance Package is given on the base trim and adds 19" machined aluminum wheels, black-painted windows, and black-painted side view mirrors, and rear spoiler. The Tech Package on base trim includes Ford SYNC voice-activated, 6-way power driver’s seat and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.

The Comfort Package is given on the GT Premium trim and adds heated front seats, side view mirrors with Pony projection lamps, and a 6-way front-passenger seat. The Electronics package on the GT Premium trim includes dual-zone automatic climate control. The California Special Edition Equipment group is given on the GT Premium trim which changes the interior and exterior of the same by adding features such as unique black billet-style grille, 19-inch black-painted machined aluminum wheels, unique instrument panel finish, leather-trimmed front bucket seats with Miko Suede inserts, and more.
