The Ford Mustang Mach-e is expected to be mostly a carryover model for the 2022 model year, having been an all-new model in the 2021 model year. The 2022 Mach-e is expected to continue to offer four trims - Select, California Route1, Premium, and GT, with prices expected to start at $43,000. There will be addition of the Ice White Edition (optional appearance package). The specs will remain the same with a motor mounted on the rear or both axles and power will start at 266 hp with a single motor and continue up to 480 hp with the dual motors on the GT trim.
With no changes in power and mechanical parts, we expect the range offered to continue as well with a starting driving range of 230 miles going up to 305 miles. The interior will feature a power-adjustable driver's seat, dual-zone automatic climate control, ActiveX upholstery, and a 15.5-inch infotainment unit running the latest Sync 4A system. The colors will continue as is and will show the Mustang Mach-e's sporty lines as is. The 2022 Mustang Mach-e is expected to reach markets in by Late 2021. That said, it will come into competition with the Tesla Model Y, Volkswagen ID.4, and the Hyundai Kona.
