The main highlight of the luxury Genesis G90 includes a competent twin-turbo 24-valve V6 engine though there is also an option for a more powerful 5L V8 engine for the more sportier experience. The compelling features offered by Genesis G90 are spacious and adjustable, heated seats, tri-zone climate control, automatic soft close doors, head-up display, and premium infotainment system with Lexicon 17 speakers system.

Genesis G90 features advanced safety features including ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), VSM (Vehicle Stability Management), ESC ( Electronic Stability Control), and EBD (Electronic Brake-force Distribution) along with 4-wheel disc brakes. Pedestrian Detection and automatic emergency braking is standard in the Genesis G90 Premium along with Smart Blind-spot detection system rear cross-traffic alert and Lane Change Assist.

Genesis features a powerful engine along with decent acceleration on the board. The experience was powerful and dynamic. The upper Ultimate variant features better acceleration and thrilling sports sedan experience, especially in the four-wheel drive trim. The interiors are spacious and comfortable and the seats are really commendable. The car features great comfort and riding experience even during the long rides. The adjustable suspension dampers work well and offer a pleasant experience even on rugged roads. The heated steering features a static and confident riding experience. The overall riding and handling experience was best in class and premium.


The G90 has large braking pads of 14.2 and 13.4 inches for the front and rear pads respectively. The car features smooth and stable braking experience, and braking pads used in the Genesis delivers a good bite and light-weight braking. The car took 120 feet while decelerating from 60 MPH to still which is acceptable though not impressive.

Genesis G90 has a passenger capacity of five. The luxury sedan has spacious and premium interiors with 22-way power-adjustable, heated front seats. You will find front passenger seats highly adjustable and lower down the seats for better headspace. The front passenger volume is impressive. Interior comprises of leather upholstery with premium contrast stitching on seats, steering, and upper mirrors. Tri-zone climate control system and automatic soft close doors are also present on the board. The upper G90 5.0 ultimate trim features rear infotainment display and power-adjustable rear seats. Interestingly, Mobile phone holder along with wireless charging is standard in the Genesis G90.

The Genesis is equipped with a huge 12.3 inches infotainment screen along with Lexicon 17-speaker premium surround-sound system.The sound output was impressive in the Genesis G90. The navigation system features voice input and works like a charm. Oher information features smartphone connectivity features like Bluetooth, satellite and HD radio, and USB slots. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration aren't yet present but the company promise a future update.

Cargo Capacity

Genesis G90 Premium is one of those few premium sedans that come with a big trunk volume while maintaining a spacious interior and seating. The luxury sedan has a trunk volume of 15.7 ft. cube which is definitely not convenient for a five-seater. The boot can only accommodate two medium sized luggage bags, you have to adjust your luggage according to the boot space which is just acceptable.
