The 2022 Jaguar F-Pace S comes in only a single trim level but gets two engine options to choose from. The base P250 trims come with a turbocharged four-cylinder, and the price for this trim starts at $54,895. The second version comes with a turbocharged inline-6, namely the P340, which will set you back around $60,395. Both engines come coupled with an 8-speed automatic transmission and will only be offered in an all-wheel-drive format. Also, the P340 option does come with a mild hybrid assisting system for enhanced performance and efficiency.
As for the features, since this SUV is a carryover model from the previous year, it will mostly sport an identical spec sheet. On the outside, the SUV will get Premium LED headlights with signature DRLs, powered tailgate, and 19-inch wheels will come in as standard. The cabin will also get a whole host of creature comfort tech and gizmos, including an 11.4-inch infotainment system, 12-way power-adjustable seats, wireless phone charging system, ambient lighting, and a 12.3-inch digital drivers display.

Which trim should you buy?
The 2022 F-Pace S is expected to come in a single trim with two engine options to choose from. We say that you spend the extra money and go for the P340 variant. Not only are you getting a powerful engine, but it also feels significantly smoother and less strained in real-world usage. Also thanks to the incorporation of a mild hybrid system, the throttle response feels sharper, and you could pull it off with the higher displacement without compromising much on the economy figures.
Release date
Even though there is no official word on the timing, some dealerships have already started offering personal configurators for the 2022 model year SUV. Based on that, the new model year should come on dealership floors by this fall and deliveries will start in the final quarter.
