In dire need of a redesign, the 2022 Jeep Renegade is back for another stint this year with certain feature changes. Renegade Sport and Latitude trims now get a standard 8.4-inch touchscreen with GPS, while the premium Renegade Limited trim gets exterior updates in the form of a new front grille, foglamps, and 18-inch wheels. Jeep also introduces a new Altitude package, which drives up the premium factor. With a similar 4 trim configuration, prices for the 2022 Renegade start from an MSRP of $22,790, while the off-road Trailhawk trim will set you back by an MSRP of $30,290.

For sale now in major Jeep showrooms across the US, the powertrain unit of the Renegade also receives a change. The turbocharged 1.3L engine is the only standard unit on offer this year. Moreover, apart from the Sport trim, all the other trims in the lineup are only available in 4x4. Also, its Trailhawk trim has no competition except the Subaru Crosstrek when it comes to off-roading in the compact SUV segment. 2022 Jeep Renegade's towing capacity is rated at 2000 lbs.
