The 2020 Lincoln Navigator offers a very premium interior with high quality materials all around. The three rows are spacious enough to fit adults even for longer journeys. A large 10-inch touchscreen display offers the latest SYNC 3.0 interface for added convenience. The 2020 Navigator can surpass all expectations with its powerful V6 engine, driver-assistance features, distinctive styling and long list of safety features including Lincoln Co-Pilot360.

2020 Lincoln Navigator luxurious cabin

The Navigator Black Label owners will get four years of complimetary scheduled maintenance instead of just one year. The approximate fuel and maintenance costs for the 2020 Lincoln Navigator are about $3,026/year, considering a 5-year ownership period and 15,000 miles/year run. It will cost about $0.20/mile to own it. A depreciation of around $49,255 across a five year ownership period is pretty standard in the premium luxury segment.

2020 Lincoln Navigator Buying Advice

We would recommend the Reserve trim as it comes with many advanced features as standard. It also offers desirable features like 1st and 2nd row seats trimmed in leather upholstery, 24-way power adjustability for first row seats with thigh extenders, premium Revel audio system, 360-degree camera, panoramic Vista Roof, etc. We would also suggest the Heavy Duty Trailer Tow Package and Cargo Convenience Package to make the Reserve trim even more versatile.

2020 Lincoln Navigator Engine and Performance

8.5/10
“Despite its size, the 2020 Lincoln Navigator has composed handling, and it provides a comfortable ride even over uneven pavement. The Navigator's powerful V6 engine easily pushes this large SUV along, and it gets good fuel economy ratings for the class.”- cars.usnews

The 2020 Lincoln Navigator is equipped with a 3.5L twin-turbocharged V6 engine producing 450 hp and 510 lb-ft of torque. It is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. The power is transferred to the rear wheels as standard in case of first two trims while the Black Label trim is available in 4WD configuration as standard. The Navigator performs really well for its size but the performance is progressive and not urgent.

2020 Lincoln Navigator SUV engine bay

Most buyers won’t use a premium SUV like the Lincoln Navigator for towing but for those who’ll, it has got them covered as well. It has a towing capacity of up to 8,700 pounds in RWD configuration. The AWD version of the Navigator can tow up to 8,300 pounds. The 2020 Lincoln Navigator offers a comfortable ride quality, thanks to its adaptive suspension system.

2020 Lincoln Navigator off-roading

It does a 0-60 mph sprint in about 6 seconds which is good cosidering its size. However, it is not a SUV that you should be throwing around corners as it is bulky and comes with a higher center of gravity. The 2020 Navigator comes with Lincoln Drive modes for enhanced ride control. The braking performance is good although not the best. It stops from 60-0 mph within 130-feet of stopping distance
