The 2018 BMW X6 is an oddball conception of the regular BMW X5. The front of the X6 is similar while the rear sports a sloping roofline. Under the hood, the 2018 BMW X6 gets two engine options the standard one being a 300 hp, turbo inline-6 engine and the other one is a 445 hp, twin-turbo V8. The turbo inline-6  powers the sDrive35i and xDrive35i while the twin-turbo V8 powers the xDrive50i.

The xDrive35i is capable of sprinting from 0-60 mph in under six seconds while the xDrive50i can do the same in under five seconds. The handling of the X6 is average which is contrary to what it suggests from its athletic exterior although ride quality remains cushy. The interior of the BMW X6 strikes a resemblance to that of the X5 although the cramped rear seats and compromised cargo space play a spoilsport.
